Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ArifSira (“we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website, Progressive Web App, and native apps (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ArifSira.

Who we are

ArifSira helps people discover visa-sponsored jobs and funded scholarships. Contact: support@arifsira.com or the contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

The Service

We curate and display opportunities and related tools (profiles, documents, applications, bookmarks, and optional Pro features). We are not an employer, university, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee employment, admission, funding, visa approval, or any outcome — those decisions rest with third parties and governments.

Eligibility & your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Login uses a phone number and one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for securing access to that phone number.
  • You must not share your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

User content & documents

You retain ownership of content you upload (profile details, CV, certificates, ID scans, and similar). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service — for example matching, applications you initiate, and support.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to share, or that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Fees & subscriptions

Core browsing and matching features may be free. Paid “Pro” (or similar) features are billed as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Chapa); we do not store full card numbers. Subscription status is determined by our backend after payment confirmation.

Except where required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable once the paid period has started. We never charge placement or “guarantee” fees for jobs or scholarships.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent applications or impersonate others
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract listings or user data without permission
  • Circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or security controls
  • Interfere with the Service or other users
  • Use the Service for spam, malware, or unlawful activity

Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

Third-party links & partners

Listings may link to employer or institution sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or outcomes after you leave ArifSira.

Intellectual property

The ArifSira name, branding, software, and curated presentation of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or rebrand the Service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Opportunity details may change or be inaccurate; always verify with the source before applying.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArifSira and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Pro in the three months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or by email/SMS where appropriate.
